[I feel like I'm going crazy for the first time in 20 years]

More than 30 years ago, in the middle of high school entrance exam season, I suddenly became interested in tennis.

I stuck my face on the wire fence of a nearby tennis court and yelled to the coach there, ``The court is empty, let me play!''

After several days of screaming through the wire fence, the old man said, ``It's just a little bit.'' He put me in his coat.

He played tennis almost every day on a state-of-the-art all-weather court, which was rare at the time. (Bravely, but for free!) McEnroe & Borg's youth at their peak.

33 years later, my youngest daughter (7 years old) has started attending tennis school.

I followed my older sister and older brother and watched various sports, but my spoiled youngest daughter, who never showed much interest, suddenly became interested in tennis when I saw her having so much fun. It's here.

Tennis for the first time in 20 years,

``Oh! You can do something else!'' I whipped my body, which had weakened significantly, and hit the ball for about 30 minutes, and I felt great.

Why not take this opportunity to try something to relieve your lack of exercise and flatten your protruding stomach?
