Refund policy

In principle, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.


In the event of a defective product

We make every effort to ensure that our products are in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective (incorrect delivery, damage, stains, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and send it back to us, freight collect.

We will exchange the product for a replacement or refund the money.

However, please note that we may not be able to replace the product if the product is received late due to the customer's reason.


In the case of a delay in receiving the product due to the customer's convenience, we may not be able to respond to your request.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a different image of the product.
