[Notices at the soba restaurant]

When it comes to myself, I don't understand, but when it comes to other people, I understand.

About yesterday,

As a soba fan, I happened to stop by a soba shop that I was passing by.

They seem to be very particular about their food, and on the first page of the menu, they carefully write about the buckwheat flour, the water they use, the season, and the humidity.

I thought, ``Wow, this looks promising.'' When I turned the next page, I was shocked.

The image was clearly different from the first page, and there was a [recommended menu] listed. Moreover, it wasn't [soba] but [set meal] ``Come on! First of all, please try the famous [soba] here!'' I couldn't help but sneer in my heart.

I regained my composure and ordered the coon bamboo steamer, which seemed to be something I was particular about.

I took a bite and thought, ``Oh, it's delicious!''

However, even after I finished eating, the soba soup still didn't come, and there was no sign of someone refilling my tea.

Even though it wasn't very crowded...

Is [taste and service] the key to restaurants? ···too good to waste. I probably won't be a repeat customer.
