Q1) How did you find out about the Glass People website? Also, why did you choose our site when there were other similar sites?
I searched for a retailer from BJ Classic's homepage. At first, I went to an eyeglass store in Ikebukuro, but they didn't have it in stock, so they checked the stock at other stores. I was asked to go there because it was in the Shinjuku store, but I thought that kind of customer service was strange and decided not to buy there. So I looked for a store where I could buy it online and found Glass People's website.
Q2) How did you learn about the product you recently purchased, and what did you like about it that led you to purchase it?
I've been interested in BJ Classic's glasses since I saw them in eyewear magazines and on the internet.
I wanted black and clear glasses with square and narrow frames, so I saw them on their website and decided I wanted them.
Q3) Did you have any reluctance to shop online without seeing your face? Also, how did you like shopping on our site? (If you have any opinions or requests)
Actually, I would have gone to a store nearby and tried them on before purchasing, but this time I was wearing glasses from another store that were different colors and shapes but made by the same manufacturer, so I thought there would be less of a chance of a failure.
