Q1) Why did you choose our site out of the many available?
The glasses I have been using on a daily basis have been getting old for 4 years now, so I thought it was time to get new ones, and I came across this site through the introduction of someone I trust (Mr. Masahiko Hiraga). When I looked at the website, I was excited because it was very easy to see and understand, and there were many frames with designs that matched my tastes. The president's photo looked good, so I immediately contacted him.
Q2) Did you check the glasses you purchased this time at a store before purchasing? Or did you only make your decision online? Also, why did you choose these glasses?
I decided to purchase only online. The lenses were the same as the previous ones and there were no problems, so all that was left was to decide on the frame. There was a design that I had wanted for some time, so I inquired about it, and was advised that it was small and would suit women, and at that point, it was almost finalized. Not only was the design good, but I was also reassured by the fact that it was designed to suit Japanese faces. I used to use a British-made one, but it had a nice design but was bulky and heavy, which I found a bit inconvenient. After all, the skeletons of Caucasian people and Asian people are clearly different, so I thought that the shape of glasses would also be different.
Q3) Did you have any reluctance to shop online without seeing your face? Also, how did you like shopping on our site?
I don't have any problems because I normally shop online. As I have been wearing glasses for many years, I have a general idea of what looks good on me and what doesn't. I felt it was a bit of a hassle to go back and forth to try it on, but they sent it to me right away, so I was able to check it out, and I'm glad I actually tried it on. They were very kind, polite, quick to respond, and made me feel comfortable. The first email I sent was on a Friday night, and it arrived on the morning of Tuesday the following week. I was surprised that it happened so quickly. I'm also happy that the glasses I received fit surprisingly well and are comfortable. thank you very much!
