About a week after I bought the glasses, I started not feeling well, and I was in trouble, but I kept using them for several years...
Finally, one of the nose pads was missing.
I was still able to use it, and I was only using it at home...so I used it for a few days.
I had a rash on the part that touches my nose due to a metal allergy, so I finally decided to look for one and ask here.
What surprised me was that they repaired it and sent it back the same day I shipped it and it arrived at the store.
To my surprise, they sent it to me free of charge in an eyeglass case made by the same manufacturer as the glasses.
I was really surprised but happy! Thank you very much.
From now on, I will definitely be relying on this company for eyeglass repairs and other things related to eyeglasses!
