At first, I visited various eyeglass shops in Urawa, and although I bought them because of the low price, I was also attracted by the atmosphere of the shop and the quality of the glasses, and I think it is a small but good shop. .
The glasses I bought for the second time had been worn so often that the frames were quite bent and the nose fitting had come off, but I was surprised at how well they repaired them.
This time I received a discount postcard for my birthday, and even though it's already cheap, I was able to get a good deal on it, and it's comfortable to wear, so I'm satisfied. It only took about 30 minutes, so I was glad I was able to shop in that time and receive it the same day.
This is the first time I've seen the website after learning about the website, and I think it's so unique and interesting that I couldn't finish it all in a short amount of time. I haven't seen it all yet, so I'm going to watch it while my kids are sleeping.
I completely agree with what everyone said in the customer feedback about not providing excessive customer service. There are a lot of stores like that, so I personally don't like them. I like having conversations when I have something I want to ask. I don't think I will buy it for a while, but I think I will use it again for repairs. thank you.
