[Z-Parts TITAN Z-54]

A Zparts one-piece model that aims for the ultimate in simplicity. Our goal was to achieve a high level of balance between simplicity, durability, and wearing comfort, and in order to achieve this goal, we did not use the traditional manufacturing method of manufacturing and assembling eyeglass frames separately for each part. After considering new construction methods, we created a one-piece structural frame in which all metal parts are made from a single material. The material used is β-type titanium coil material, and it was made into a product after swaging, pressing, bending, nylon processing, and even more labor-intensive work by craftsmen. Since there is no concern about the strength of the material being reduced due to welding, the design is extremely thin, lightweight, and flexible, and the use of tapered temples, which is the basic design of Zparts, creates a frame with excellent weight balance. The surface treatment is direct plating with gold palladium, which has excellent plating strength. In addition, only TIM color is available in β-type titanium natural, which does not require surface treatment.
