[BJ Classic [REVIVAL EDITION] RIMWAY 01]
In 1930, AO developed the ``Ful-Vue,'' a style of glasses with temples placed higher than the eyes, and obtained a design patent for the design.
This style of glasses, which didn't have a bridge in the side of the eye, quickly took the world by storm, and competing manufacturers all paid royalties for their patents.
The most popular model among Ful-Vue was this "RIMWAY".
Although it has a two-point blow bar and looks delicate, it boasts overwhelming strength and is characterized by its durability, which allows stress-free use in daily life. This model, which was used by people around the world from the 1930s to the 1940s, can be said to be a representative work in AO's long history.
At the time, lenses were made of glass and were expensive, so demo lenses for checking lens shapes and lens patterns for processing were often made of cardboard. In this reprint, not only the glasses themselves from that time, but also the cardboard lenses and the paper bag in which the glasses were placed, have been faithfully reproduced.
