A one-piece model that aims for the ultimate in simplicity. Our goal was to achieve a high level of balance between simplicity, durability, and wearing comfort, and as an answer to this goal, we considered a completely new method of manufacturing eyeglass frames instead of using the traditional method of assembling and manufacturing eyeglass frames separately. As a result, we came up with a one-piece frame with all metal parts made from a single material. The material used is beta titanium coil material, and it was made into a product after swaging, pressing, bending, and nylon processing, and even more labor-intensive work by craftsmen. Since there is no concern that the strength of the material will decrease due to welding, its form is extremely thin, lightweight, and flexible. Furthermore, the tapered temples, which are the basic design of Zparts, create a frame with excellent weight balance. The lens shape is oval. The surface treatment includes direct gold/palladium plating and ion plating with excellent plating strength. We also have a natural β titanium product that does not undergo surface treatment.
