A one-piece model that aims for the ultimate in simplicity. The goal was to achieve a high level of balance between simplicity, durability, and comfort. Instead of the traditional method of assembling and manufacturing eyeglass frames by dividing them into parts, the team considered a completely new manufacturing method, which resulted in a one-piece frame in which all metal parts are made from a single material. The material is beta titanium coil material, and the product is made after swaging, pressing, bending, and nylon processing, as well as other laborious work by craftsmen. Since there is no risk of the material losing strength due to welding, the shape is extremely thin, lightweight, and flexible. Furthermore, the tapered temples, which are the basic design of Zparts, create a frame with excellent weight balance. The lens shape is oval. The surface is treated with direct plating and ion plating of gold and palladium, which have excellent plating strength. There is also a lineup of beta titanium naturals that do not undergo surface treatment.
