Tobu Zoological Park's thrilling roller coaster, "Kingfisher"
My daughter and I went to Tobu Zoological Park.
Even if you go to Disneyland or DisneySea, this type of thrilling roller coaster is...
It's been about 30 years since I was a student.
It was so scary.
I'm so scared now that I can't help but laugh.
My daughter said, ``I'm not scared of this.''
I was so scared that I couldn't even make a sound.
The first thing I said after getting off was, ``My heart stopped! I'm never going to ride again.''
Still, I enjoyed the day to the fullest.
Even so, I'm disappointed in Tobu's management.
Disney is the sole winner when it comes to theme parks, and it may be tough everywhere.
I feel like I'm not trying hard enough, or that I'm giving up, thinking, ``No matter what I do...''
I'm not saying you should be like Disney, but there's a lot you can learn.
We go to theme parks to have fun, so we need to eliminate things that people find unpleasant.
We should make self-help efforts to increase the things we find ``fun.''
Even though there wasn't much of a line, the wait time was long.
The staff move slowly and there are too many wasted steps. (It's not like it's full of things though)
There are so many things that I do that I think will save me time, and I get discouraged.
(It's full of bottlenecks!)
Even if the waiting time is the same,
Is it better to wait while watching the staff working efficiently or waiting while watching there are many things to point out?
Emotional time makes a big difference.
It's obvious that they put customer safety first, don't complain, and are full of excuses.
If the number of customers decreases, then we are putting the cart before the horse.
I want to trust my customers more and entertain them.
If the employees aren't having fun working there, the customers won't be having fun either.
By the way, there is a place where you can experience a small Segway.
My daughter tried it out too, and she got used to it right away, saying, "It's fun. I want it."
In a few more years, will it be common on the streets?
However, Japan is conservative and has strict road traffic laws, so it may be quite difficult.
