Amazing anti-fog performance for any mission FOIL Anti-Fog Coating

Military eyewear and safety glasses have lenses that curve to fit the contours of the face. This increases dust and wind resistance, but in exchange, breathability decreases, making the inside of the lens more prone to fogging. Lenses fog up when warm, humid air comes into contact with a cool lens, resulting in condensation (fogging). Although the degree of lens fogging varies depending on the wearer's sweat rate, breathing, and the environment in which the eyewear is used, according to the laws of nature, lens fogging is inevitable. However, WX VAPOR ver.J does not simply follow this law of nature.

The SELENITE™ lens of WX VAPOR ver.J is protected by a T-SHELL™ coating on the outside (OUTSIDE) to prevent the lens from being damaged by dust caused by strong winds, and the inside (INSIDE) of the lens, which is prone to fogging, is coated with a powerful anti-fog FOIL™ anti-fog coating. The FOIL™ anti-fog coating makes it difficult for condensation to occur even when it comes into contact with warm, humid air. In situations where humid conditions continue and condensation cannot be prevented, the FOIL™ coating spreads the condensation thinly, forming a thin water filter that suppresses light refraction and ensures clear visibility. Although the laws of nature cannot be changed, the FOIL™ coating changes the resulting "condensation = fogging."

However, in the case of sudden temperature changes, measures to prevent fogging are necessary not only on the inside of the lens (INSIDE) but also on the outside of the lens (OUTSIDE). This is especially essential for tactical use in urban areas. For example, if you go from the cold outdoors to a warm indoor environment in winter, the lens that has cooled down outdoors will instantly fog up on both sides when it comes into contact with the warm indoor air, and your field of vision will turn completely white and you will not be able to see anything. If this happens, should you stay there until the fog on the outside of the lens (OUTSIDE) clears, or should you wipe it with your hand to prevent water droplets from forming? Neither of these is realistic for tactical use.
With WX VAPOR ver.J, if you need to prevent fogging on the outside of the lens due to sudden temperature changes, you can simply apply the included military anti-fog sheet FOGTECH® to the outside of the lens in advance. This FOGTECH® is like a wet sheet, so you just wipe the outside of the lens with it, and there is no need to wipe it dry. In this way, WX VAPOR ver.J has FOIL™ anti-fog coat on the inside of the lens and FOGTECH® on the outside of the lens, so it can deal with fogging caused by sudden temperature changes.
