This nylon rim model has thin bridge parts to achieve a lightweight image while still taking advantage of the metal texture, giving it a clean impression when worn.
The bridge, which appears slender, is made using thick pressed parts, and strength is ensured by keeping the surface area of the base at the welded part wide.
Plate material is used from the rim to the end piece. The upper part of the rim is machined to create a chamfered edge, and the entire surface is given a matte finish to enhance the texture of the metal.
The temples are pressed and machined with Spartan processing, giving them strength and a sense of unity in design. The lens shape is Wellington.
For surface treatment, we use ion plating, which has excellent durability, as well as titanium natural, which has no surface treatment, and spray-applied resin paint.
The pads are made of shape-memory resin that softens with body heat to fit the wearer's nose, and retains its shape at temperatures below 40°C.
