A full-metal brow model that combines the powerful feel of press forming with simplicity. The browline and temples maintain a consistent volume for a simple aesthetic, while the low-set bridge area incorporates edges and tapers to express the texture of the press forming, ensuring rigidity with ample thickness. The brow part gradually thins towards the end pieces, dispersing force, which, combined with the press-formed temples providing appropriate springiness, results in a secure fit. Both the front and temples feature hinges made with a combination of press forming and machining, achieving excellent design and strength. The lens shape is square. Surface treatments include highly durable ion plating, as well as untreated natural titanium and spray-painted resin coating. The nose pads are made of a shape-memory resin that softens with body temperature to conform to the wearer's nose and retains its shape at temperatures below 40°C.
