【Z-Parts TITAN (Z-Parts Titan) Z-69】

A one-piece model that aims for the ultimate in simplicity. The goal was to achieve a high-level balance of simplicity, durability, and wearing comfort. To achieve this, instead of using the traditional method of assembling and manufacturing eyeglass frames by separating them into parts, a completely new manufacturing method was explored. This led to a one-piece frame structure where all metal parts are created from a single material. The material used is beta-titanium coil stock, which undergoes swaging, pressing, bending, and nylon grooving, and even more so, painstaking manual work by craftsmen before being commercialized. Since there is no concern about a reduction in material strength due to welding, its form is extremely thin, lightweight, and flexible. Furthermore, the tapered temples, a basic design of Zparts, result in a frame with excellent weight balance. The lens shape is Boston. The surface treatment involves direct plating with gold and palladium, which have excellent plating strength, as well as ion plating. We also offer beta-titanium natural with no surface treatment.
